The Cincinnati Art Museum is dedicated to serving you, the visitor. All proceeds from the sale of merchandise benefit the continuance of educational programs, exhibitions and conservation efforts at the CAM.
Members Save 10%
Members always save 10% off on every purchase, excluding memberships. Be sure to visit the Join the CAM section of our site to find out how you can become a member today. CAM Volunteers receive an additional 10% off purchases, for a total of 20% off.

Placing an Order
Orders from the Museum Shop may be placed via the internet or by phone by contacting 513-639-2958.

Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it for an exchange or a refund of the merchandise price within 30 days from receipt of the merchandise. For gift returns, refunds will be applied to the purchaser's account.
Shipping
Items will be shipped via UPS (Ground or Air). All in-stock merchandise will be shipped within 7 working days. Out of stock and backorder notices will be sent via email within 24 hours of order placement.
